What are your store hours?

  • We are brand spankin’ new, and currently we are holding a series of pop-up shop dates to gauge interest. Stay tuned to our Instagram page – @saltandgrove – for upcoming dates, and check out our current pop-up shop dates here.

What is your return policy?

  • We hope you love the products you purchase from Salt & Grove. We do not accept returns, however will gladly offer store credit within 30 days of purchase. All sale items, seasonal holiday items, calendars, and edible items are unable to be returned and are non-refundable.

Do you have paper receipts?

  • We exclusively offer digital receipts. We believe in reducing the use of paper and maintaining a smaller carbon footprint.

You are out of a product – how long until it’s back in stock?

  • We work with small-batch makers, and each product is artfully crafted and designed. Because of this, products can take 2-4 weeks to arrive back in our stores. Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait, and we are happy to put you on a wait list so you can be among the first to snag your favorite product.

I’m a local maker. Can I sell my products in your store?
